Easy and quick to do and flowers arrived on time. However flowers were not as described. Contacted florist who arranged for another bouquet to be sent foc. So sorted problem out but was disappointed not right first time

I got everything I asked for and more. My grandmother would have adored the flowers and would have very much wanted to take them home had she seen them. Helpful and kind regarding delivering to the funeral home too.

Easy to order and fast delivery. The recipients said the flowers were lovely when they arrived, however they were all over when we saw them a week later, even though kept in a cool place.

I am very pleased with the service. Had a couple of questions that I asked over messenger and received a reply very quickly. Very helpful and flowers were delivered as promised. My mother sent me a photo of the flowers and they are really lovely. Will definitely be using your services again.

Needed to send flowers to a relative. Great idea to use an independent florist near the relative so as not to get delivery further away.

Excellent customer service

I have used this florist before and always been satisfied. Delivery was as requested and the arrangement looked good and was well received ( by my wife). Only small disappointment was flowers didn’t last as long as usual, hence 4 stars rather than 5.

First class service. I chose a florist, chose the flowers from their website, filled in the online order form, paid D2F and the flowers were delivered as requested. All very easy and quick to do. A very beautiful bunch of flowers they were.

Nicely arranged and delivered when requested. Hopefully will last ok, but after 6 days still look great.
