Excellent service from Forget-me-Not, particularly when I had to change the delivery arrangements at the last minute and they were able to help .and the flowers were successfully delivered. And the flowers are pretty good too. Recommended florist.

I ordered flowers with the same day delivery option. I was pleasantly surprised by the choice available. It's also great to see exactly where your flowers are coming from and the fact that local florists are used to where your recipient lives, keeping small businesses on the high street open. I did have the unfortunate experience of the selected florist on my original order being unavailable to fulfill my order - however, it was quickly resolved by the Webteam, they kept me informed and quickly found an alternative local florist that could complete the order, and the flowers were still delivered on the same day. The flowers were lovely, and gratefully received. Thank you Webteam.
